Terms of Service

The agreement between you and AANQA for using Nekra.

Effective 11 August 2026 · Last updated 11 August 2026

In plain terms. Nekra connects folders you choose to AI assistants you choose. You decide what is shared and with which assistant, and you can revoke it at any time. You remain responsible for what you share and for what those assistants do with it. Nekra is early software provided as-is.

1. Who these terms are with

Nekra is provided by AANQA LLC, Villa 2490, Way 8261, Ansab Heights, Muscat, Oman ("we", "us"). By using Nekra you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

2. What Nekra does

Nekra lets you share specific folders and sources — local and iCloud folders, GitHub, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, email over IMAP, and Apple Calendar, Reminders, Photos and Contacts — with AI assistants you connect. Access is per assistant and per folder. Sharing a folder makes it available; an assistant reaches it only once you grant it.

3. Your account

4. What you are responsible for

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Nekra to share material you have no right to, to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to attack, probe or overload the service or the accounts of others. Do not attempt to access another account's data. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

6. Availability

Nekra is early software offered without an uptime commitment. Some sources are served from your own devices and are only reachable while one of them is online; the app tells you when a folder is offline. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of anything materially disruptive where we can.

Beta software. Nekra is under active development and provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Do not rely on it as your only means of access to anything important, and keep your own backups.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we store, what we never store, and what only passes through. It forms part of these terms.

8. Fees

Nekra is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans we will say so clearly in advance, and you will not be charged without agreeing first.

9. Ending it

You can revoke any grant, disconnect any assistant, or delete your account at any time from the app. Deleting your account removes your grants, connections, stored credentials, activity log and any mirrored copies. Your own files are never deleted by us. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or for what an AI assistant does with data you chose to grant it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and if you deal as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material updates will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use Nekra after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
